Food to Share – hereafter referred to as FtS – is a permaculture project established by Sonja van Driel.
The aim of FtS is to collect surplus fruit, nuts and vegetables. The surplus food goes unprocessed to food banks or is prepared and then donated to social projects.
FtS has acquired an abandoned fruit orchard in March 2022. Its renovation includes saving existing fruit and nut trees, planting new ones and establishing a food forest.
